Ingredients:
Smoked Salmon Flakes (bought in Dunnes Stores)
Avocado (1/2)
1 Tomato
Rice Cakes
Sunflower Seeds
Method:
1. Scoop out the avocado and spread on the rice cakes.
2. Chop up the tomato and put on top of the avocado.
3. Place the salmon flakes on top, Sprinkle over the seeds and eat.
